Radio Amateur Examination

What a day! After friday prayer, Fauzi PAT rang me up asking whether i have checked the RAE result. I’ve been waiting for a month to the result, now it is there in MCMC website. I’m shaking a lil bit before getting to know that i passed the exam…hehe. Phew, i think this is the hardest exam since CISSP on last september. I learned for RAE by myself and with somehelp by fellow buddies, fahroe & bobo. Alhamdulillah, they managed to pass the exam as well.

I can’t wait to go to MCMC to register my Class B Apparatus Assignment. Time to fork more dough to buy a mobile & handy rig. Time to QSO the WORLD!

Perhentian – Malaysia’s Diving Heaven

Posted in Scuba Diving on July 9th, 2005 by kimi – Be the first to comment

Just came back from Pulau Perhentian. I managed to log 10 dives altogether, with a pure bliss of experiences. This is the best trip i’ve ever had since being certified as OWD. To watch lionfish playing on the dock of the sugar wreck is an unbelieavable experience. I broke my own record descending to 27.8m UW. That’s at Secret Reef. Number of barracudas passing by me & the best thing during that dive is to watch bamboo shark relaxing between rocks. It’s just awesome. Can wait to dive again in September.

Thanks to my dive buddy, Rahmat & the rest : Niels, Andy & Ismail. Really cool bunch of guys. The group from orca-blue trip. They rock as well. Feroz, Najib, Shahar, Jalil, Rahim, Kak Maji & the rest. Nice to know you guys.

Now i can’t wait to dive in Red Sea *hint, hint*
