I have to admit that it was my fault. I asked for a place in the upcoming diving trip way too late. I SMSed Faizal yesterday afternoon to check whether he can squeeze for a place so that i can join them. His reply is so frustrating. The boat diving is full, eventhough accomodation is still available. Oh yes, i’m sulking for the rest of the evening. Rahmat is spot-on on this. After that, i do realize that, life’s like that. I take fullest responsibility on this. And still, i try to seek some opportunity. I called Buda up, to see whether i still have a chance eventhough it might be as slim as the thin air. He returned my call, with a disheartening news, too. Oh my. There goes my chance to see COTS in Tioman.

Rahmat is on his way to Tioman.

He is having fun. Ultimate fun for sure. Diving non-stop, the only let down is surface interval & the tank capacity. If he got a closed-circuit-rebreather, i dare to bet that he won’t surface until the equipment let go. His headache must be gone at this blogtime. Gone with wind while driving his historical Proton Saga to Tioman.

Kimi is still in the office.

The RPM exercise in Gold’s Gym this afternoon was torturous. My leg almost giving up on the 20th minute of the session. It’s not the instructor’s fault. It was mine. I’m not as fit as i was use to be few years back. I need to regain back what i’ve lost.

According to my Timex, i burnt 967 calories in 50:05.76 minutes of the exercise. I did maintain my range at Zone 3 & 4.

I need to get back to work.

I won’t be around town in next couple of weeks. Heading to mid-east for some business arrangement. Should i bring my scuba diving equipment? *Thinking of Red Sea*

Today is my shortest fitness routine that i’ve ever had for the last couple of months. Eventhough it last only 34 minutes, i felt really good. Endorphine is running high.

I’m spoiled for choice today. First, Rahmat is poking on me, where he asked me to join him for scuba diving. Man, Diving! It’s heaven underwater. How can i refuse it. Furthermore, the package is outrageously unbelievable, as well as the boat dive rate. 2 night stay cost only RM 199 and RM 35 per boat dive. It is in Pulau Redang. With less than RM 500, i can get plenty of dives, as well as personal satisfaction. Like Rahmat always says, we are too long breathing uncompress air. I seems to agree on him. . He planned it on 16-18 Sept. Hopefully, Bobo is around. His appearance will add some ‘spice’ in our trip for sure.

Second, our sysadmin is asking me whether i would like to join in the upcoming Paintball Competition. Cost around RM110, 250 pellets and meal included, this is a real steal! I’m really fell in love with Paintball since my team won in A Famosa less than a week ago.

I really can’t decide which event that i want to involve in. Both are cool, the people are nice, environment usually electric and full of laughter. Urgh! Give me some guide God!

BTW, i can smell ‘blood’ in the Paintball competition…hahaha. Revenge is on its way. Bloods are boiling. Seme, eventhough i can’t confirm on my involvement, nevertheless i can say that, you will be one that i’ll be hunting that day…. I’ll make sure that at least 50 pellets are planted on your body…haha

Phew…i’m still feeling a bit knackered during this blogtime. Anyhow, i got to attend 2 gatherings tonite. One is in Lotus PJ, this is where all the forummers from MDC will gather and talk-cock.

The second is in AliBaba, TTDI. This is where all the amateur radio will sips their teh-tarik and exchange their thought about anything, from antenna to Eva Longoria. I’m looking forward to attend both.

Eventhough my energy level is at the bottom, nevertheless i’m still motivated to meet them all.
